How Quickly Can a load be discharged using the mhe kit?

Within 45 – 50 seconds with engine at low idle (dependent upon PTO ratio)

Why is the MHE safer than a vertical tipper?

On uneven, soft or sloping land and or if poorly loaded tippers can become unstable and tip over, MHE discharges horizontally with the body down so is stable in all these conditions.  Tipping near overhead cables with a vertical tipper is hazardous, with MHE with this problem is eliminated.

Can the system discharge aggregate, and asphalt using the same belt?
MHE can have an MOR Heat resistant belt suitable for both asphalt and aggregate.
Do I have to use a particular body builder after deciding on the MHE?

MHE can be fitted by any competent body builder subject to them following the Multidrive build and installation instructions.

Is there a weight advantage over a walking floor type system?

Yes; there is a considerable weight advantage thereby maximising payload.

I’m concerned about maintenance, what is involved and at what cost?

Very little maintenance is required, just greasing the pulley bearings, checking oil levels etc.

What is the typical load capacity where a MHE kit is fitted compared to a vertical tipper?

With a correctly designed trailer / body, payload can be similar.

Can an MHE based vehicle operate anywhere?

MHE can operate in all environments, however we would not recommend transporting rubble with ReBar as it may snag.

What major companies use the MHE?

Transport companies operating with Hanson, Tarmac, Aggregate Industries etc.

Tell me about the safety record of the MHE in operation?

The MHE safety record is exemplary, with no tipping and low center of gravity the danger associated with vertical tippers are eliminated.
